Health Rage - September 2008

Goji Juice

Anyone who reads this blog on a regular basis will be aware that I am very sceptical about super foods, but someone has laid me down a challenge. I am to live on Goji juice for the next three months and documnet my health. You will be able to read regular reports here on health rage and a full article at www.healthandwellbeingetc.net. I am no bullshitter so if it doesn't work you will be the first to know.
