Health Rage - September 2008

goji beginning

Next week will be my first week on the goji juice after that I will be giving weekly updates on how I feel. If you are wondering why I have waited almost two weeks to start, well I wanted to get my self as healthy as possible before I started. I wanted to feel great and push the goji to make me feel even better. For nearly two weeks I have eaten as healthily as possible and cut out alcohol and caffiene. I feel pretty damn good I have to say, so lets see what this goji has to offer.
