Old age is enevitable for all of us. It's not something that any of us want to experiemnce but tough your stuck with it. The best thing to do is to stay as healthy as possible, age gracfully and have as many things around your house that will help you if an accident happens or sickness strikes.

Both my grandads died of alzheimers so for me it looks like an old age full of random babblings and pinching young girls bums because I still think I am sixteen years old. While I find this quite funny I am sure who ever is caring for me through this period will be tearing their hair out.
