The Perfect Buttocks….
Grab it, bite it, or just simply check it out.
We all have a pair and we all want it to be different as we are our own worst critic.
Well sculpted or poorly sagged there is a way to do a Michelangelo on our behinds.
And if you are not familiar with that term I was referring to one of histories great sculptor’s not the Ninja Turtle of the 80’s and 90’s.
There is a gym, chemical and product free way to improve the form of your buttocks.
The poor man’s buttocks workout...
Walking to work or better yet cycling to work will help form your buttocks and especially if you sit on your behind all day in an office it will be hard to work them out.
Every hour or so stand up from your desk stretch and clench your buttocks at least 30 seconds at a time and release.
If you need to go in a lift to reach your office then that’s great, on your way up in the lift do some extra clenches.
Do this at least 10 times or 5 minutes worth a day and within a few weeks you will notice your buttocks looking better and better.
The slightly wealthier man’s buttocks workout…
If you can afford a membership at a gym that is great, here are some exercises to compliment your buttocks or if you are a gym junkie you will know them better as gluteus maximus.
Lunges are a great way to target the glute’s (buttocks), simply stand with your feet hip – width apart. Lift a light barbell up to a position across your shoulders behind your neck:
-Inhale and take a comfortable step forward, keeping your torso as upright as possible
- In the bottom position, the top of your forward thigh is slightly below parallel
-Return to the starting position, exhaling.
Note that as you lunge forward, you put all your body weight on your leading leg. It is a relatively difficult exercise to perform because of the balance required. Beginners should start with very light weight.
In no time you will have buttocks that you will want to show to the world
